For women, a simple way to determine the optimum weight is to convert the height (feet and inches) per kg (e.g., 5’7” Height = 57 kg) minus 5 kg, which indicates that the minimum body weight, i.e. 52 kg. To determine the maximum permissible weight, 10 kg of body weight to a minimum.

52 Kg + 10 Kg = 62 Kg (Max. weight)
This simple formula is valid for all body types and whether you are a small, medium or large frame, your weight should remain within the maximum. If your body weight according to height, is not included in the above ratio, add one year to your chronological age.
